REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Important Notice
Generally, we do not have any Refund & Cancellation policy. We do not accept any return from our customer. We dispatch the Goods after getting the payment in our Bank Accounts and if the customer wants to cancel the order before making the payment, he/she can do so.
In the case of manufacturing defects, goods can be replaced if the request is placed within a week of delivery. www.ethnikart.com will send the replacement with the next order.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our accounts and fraud avoidance department.
We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after the payment has been charged for, the said amount will be reversed back in your bank account/credit card/debit card etc.
Delivery & Re-delivery Charges
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the customer, i.e., wrong name or shipping address, any extra costs towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the customer by www.ethnikart.com.
Any orders placed for delivery to non-serviceable areas for our Logistics partners will attract additional charges over and above those appearing in normal shipping and will be charged extra. Delivery will be attempted on the best effort basis.
Exchange Process
Step 1: You will be provided with the relevant instructions on how to proceed as quickly as possible so that we can take immediate possible action to sort out the problem.
Step 2: If the problem is found to be genuine, we will Express Ship a Replacement item within the earliest possible time with no extra shipping cost to you.
Step 3: In case if the original item you ordered earlier is out of stock or unavailable, then you are requested to choose an alternative item from the same price range.
Step 4: If the fault is from www.ethnikart.com and then we will Express Ship the Exchanged item to you with no extra shipping cost.
Step 5: All this process of Exchanging of the Damaged or Defected item is done as per your prior consent.
Full Refund Policy
If the customer is neither interested in exchanging the original item with the identical exchanged item nor in exchanging the original item with another alternative from the same price range, we will refund you in full amount no deduction whatsoever.
Manufacturing Defects
In the case of manufacturing defects, goods can be replaced if the request is placed within a week of delivery. Replacement will be sent with the next order at no additional cost.

ethnikart.com reserves the right to withdraw from replacement guarantee at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature.
